ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS

• When a crisis enters the life of a family, friends often say “If you need anything, do not hesitate to call.” This likely is sincere. The friend that prepares meals, does laundry or carpools for children provides more than lip service.
  
  
• Two students spend time together doing homework. One depends on the other for guidance on how to get things done properly and often mentions what a good friend the schoolmate is to her. However, when there are parties, movies or other events with “friends” she never includes the study buddy.
  
  
• Often people profess great friendship, love or devotion to someone in their lives. However, if they take them for granted, speak rudely, demean them and mistreat them, their actions prove their true feelings.

PAY ATTENTION TO HOW PEOPLE BEHAVE MORE THAN WHAT THEY SAY.
